About Anna
Anna has been drawn to acrobatics since she could walk. She started in ballet and gymnastics and finally fell in love with aerial acrobatics at age 11. She has years of experience in aerial choreography, performance and coaching and is a born educator and performer. As a certified personal trainer, Anna has counselled clients in health and nutrition since 2005. Anna received her circus education in aerial silks, straps, hoop, and trapeze. She has also competed at the national and international level in pole art and pole sport and holds many national and international titles. Anna is also an IPSF qualified Pole Coach and is the chair of their Training Committee, creating and providing courses that certify pole coaches around the world. Anna is also an Ecole Nationale de Cirque (ENC) certified Circus Instructor.

Aerial & Pole Performance
Hire Anna to perform at your special event. Acts include pole, aerial silks and aerial hammock. Choose between ambient performance and show performance. Doubles performances available as an add-on.
Workshops
Anna has a multitude of workshop to choose from and is available for in-person or virtual group workshops. As a Master trainer for IPSF, Anna also offers workshops designed specifically to educate instructors.
Consultation
Anna meets with all new students to complete an anamnesis (medical background). In this 20-30 minute consultation, you will also discuss goals, timelines, and training schedule. Your consultation with Anna is free of charge.
Programming
Sport-specific training programs for general fitness, aerial sport and pole sport artists/athletes. All programs are between 8-12 weeks long and tailored to your specific requirements. The first program in a macrocycle includes a biomechanical assessment. Follow-up programs are scheduled every 8-12 weeks. Prices do not include taxes.
